No, by definition, two USB slave devices cannot communicate with each
other and nothing can change that.

USB On-The-Go devices will have the capability to act as a host or a
slave. Which device is which is determined by the cable if two "dual
role" devices are connected. If a dual role device is connected to a
standard USB device, the dual role device will act as host or slave
according to the need of the standard device.

A. No, USB OTG devices will connect to all PCs, and will also have host
functionality to connect to supported USB peripherals, including over 1.1
billion USB enabled products shipped to date.

Or perhaps, "Can it support the Archos USB HW?" Answer: I don't see why
not.
