How is Rockbox handling battery charging and usage in the FMR?

The Battery Capacity setting screen allows 1500-2400 mAh, same as the JBR??
That can't be right. Should that menu item even be there?

Lately, if I charge the battery full using Archos stock firmware, then boot
Rockbox, Rockbox shows the battery almost empty after just a few minutes
play.
