See the attached, but you'll be disappointed, there's no init stuff in
there. The other way round, we need to find out what the FM would like to have
done first. Fix missing Rockbox inits there, not in the boot code. But if the
original firmware has prerequisites, then we have no choice but to bring it
into the boot code.

I made experimental code for rolo to find out (saving/loading all ports
to/from strartup_io.bin), are you aware of that?
