For some reason the sound is only coming thru the left earpiece now.
I've looked at all the general settings, balance is at 0 (when I move
it positive for right ear all sound goes away, since the only sound
is in the left ear).

The headphones are okay; I tried them on a CD player.

Thanks to anyone who can tell me how to put it back to sound in both ears!
