You may need to add SCSI Disk support (sd_mod) module. This is what I had
to do with a vanilla Mandrake 9.1 system. I'm sure the original kernel was
earlier than the one you list, but I expect the principle is still the
same. I don't know why mdk don't include that module by default really.
