Do you mean it should load automatically at startup? That's not necessary
and not the way it works. Rockbox remembers all settings automatically and
restores everything at startup as you left it (except you changed to a font
which is not in the .rockbox directory). The cfg files are meant for
different configurations like headphone/hifi/car usage with different sound
settings and different fonts/wps for example or for backup purpose.
