Hi,

When I plug in the USB cable when the AJBR20 (flashed) is on its
charging screen, it switches to the USB screen but I cannot get it to
communicate. Worse, it hangs my system.

No problems whatsoever when I plug in the USB cable when the AJBR20 is
ON.

Is this a known problem?
