Hi,
could it be, that the charging worked, but the level battery is shown wrong
after charging in rockbox?
I assume so and this is how it works for me.
The charging from the flashed rockbox does not work, which is a pitty.
However for me (and following the discussion all others in this list)
charging from the original Archos firmware, started with F1 or even with
rockbox which is started automattically from the original frimware
thereafter works.
However if you go back to the flashed rockbox the level of the battery is
shown completely wrong in most cases.
The new daily build has a changed way when the battery level is updated. The
earlier builds have a limiter how much the battery level can change. This
results in a wrong value for a long time. Now the value jumps up to the
correct value after only a few minutes.
I would flash the new daily build and then look if the battery level is
shown correctly.
