Hi,

I have a player and thought the drive was bad. It had trouble spinning up.
It's upgraded to an IBM travelstar 20GB drive. The problem would only happen
when using battery but was fine on mains power. I replaced the batteries
with some good brand (GP) 1800Mah cells and the problem went away. I just
thought I'd post it here in case it helps anyone.
