Subject: Re: fmr polarity
From: Robert Murray (rob_at_mur.org.uk)
Date: 2003-11-15

Hi

It does have a battery, but it is dead. I have managed to get it to power up and play music by connecting the dc adaptor to the battery terminals. It looks like the charge circuitry is dead. Could it be that the universal adapter isn't supplying enough current? I would expect this just to make it charge slower. Is it likely to be easy to fix?

Cheers

Rob
