I think the following two changes would improve the document:
1) Use mixed case for headings - at the moment, the Table of Contents is
SHOUTING AT EVERYONE.... :o)
2) Make the ToC entries links to their headings so you can click them to go
to the relevant page. This can be automated in many word processors.

Oh - and thanks for the effort - the manual is a great help.
