Oh crap - I just looked at the spec sheet and the new
V2 DOES NOT use AA batteries - it has an internal
lithion-ion battery - not replaceable! Said "to last
the life of the device". Yeah, right. One of the main
reasons I bought the Archos was so that I could
replace the batteries on long day trips.
