Obviously it will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer, age of battery,
working temperature etc.
And it is NOT advised to use them in your Archos
You may also note that most rechargables give only 1.2V per cell, whereas
alkali's give 1.5V per cell ..an increase of 4 x 0.3 = 1.2V; so using
alkali's would be in effect like using FIVE rechargeable cells ...although
this in itself is very unlikely to cause a problem in 99% of applications
