That exact address is not on any list, but there are 6 @web.de accounts on the discussion list, 15 on the -announce list, 7 on the -news list and 1 on the -cvs list.

As for selling GPL software, I'm pretty sure you have to inform your customers that the software you are selling is licensed under GPL.
