Hi!

I've just submitted my first patch to the tracker. I would be glad if
this could serve as a kickoff for the aimed interface overhaul.

Description:
There is a maximum of 7 lines per menu. So all menus will fit on one
page (at least with the plain recorder and the atadore font) - no
scrolling anymore!
I introduced some new submenus; the entries are grouped logically
(hopefully). The patch was inspired by Jayadvaita Swami's proposal:
