All this talk about the recorder plugin got me thinking. I have yet to
receive my FMR, but do plugins automatically load from the harddrive
when they are needed? If so, would it be useful to store into the flash
a small bitmap saying which plugins were last loaded, so that the user
will mostly have his/her plugins available to them quickly on startup?
It they are not dynamically loaded, how do they become active?
