Good day all,

Archos Product: Archos Jukebox Recorder 20GB
Firmware: (can't remember, it is about 2 months old, I
flashed the ROM to install it).

I dropped my Jukebox while in its protective case
about a foot. It landed monitor side down.

When I try and start it up, the hard drive ticks and
the message:
*PANIC*
ata: -31
is displayed.

I am desperate to get the thing up and running again.
If necessary I am ready to take it apart.

Any suggestions?
