You recently discussed file types and user defined icons. I have an
early draft of an icon editor at hand.

The GUI stuff works, but it does not load/write the icon data yet (you
haven't specified so far). It starts with the MP3 icon by default und
lets you move a cursor and toggle the pixels with "play".

Perhaps this is of some use for this topic. I'm not a C expert so I
would appreciate your comments.
