Hi Henrik and the rest

Here's my initial take at a build environment fix for the new viewers concept.
This approach currently creates a duplicate of the .rock with the "proper"
name in the build dir, and it creates a viewer.config file for those built
viewers.

There's a new file called apps/plugins/viewers that lists all known build-time
viewers: name, extension, icon etc.

I'm interested in suggestions and improvements.
