As written in the NEWKEYS document, the context sensitive F3 menu is not intended to be user configured.

I will read your patch with interest, but it seems you are already planning to expand your implementation beyond the design goal. Just because we can do something doesn't always mean we should. As I've said previously, too much configurability is sometimes just as bad as too little.

But I'll shut up now and wait for your patch before I critizise it. :-)
