Musicutter doesn't need to convert, either. and it supports ogg.
but no graphical display of the music, no gain, etc.
mp3directcut does the job.
(btw. there's a great mp3 player on that site, too; at 54 kb it does
everything one needs at superior sound quality thanks to mpglib.dll)
