Hi - I just signed on to this list.

I'm having the exact issue that Pedro is having - and I'm able to recreate the
problem each time with the same results.

If it helps, the hard drive in my Jukebox Recorder 20 is HITACHI_DK23CA-20.
I've never formatted it - just deleted what was on it when I purchased it.

Just thought I'd chime in on this one. If any more info helps I'd be happy to
provide.
