From: Dennis Lui <dennis_at_thesilvercat.com>
Date: Mon, 16 Feb 2004 11:50:44 -0800 i just bought one of these from amazon as well, and although it seemed like a good move at the time, the battery issue is beginning to concern me. i read the battery FAQ, and it didn't really go into quality of the Li-ION battery of the V2 recorder. so, basically, my questions is this: will i be able to consistently get 6+ hours of play, if i follow the formula set forth in the FAQ (charge the device with deep discharge off and trickle charge on)?? Thanks -Dennis Lui >-- Original Message -- >From: "Seth Fischer" <sh.fischer_at_verizon.net> >To: <rockbox_at_cool.haxx.se> >Date: Mon, 16 Feb 2004 12:57:50 -0500 >Subject: New Recorder v2 (non-FM) vs. older JB >Reply-To: sh.fischer_at_verizon.net, Rockbox development <rockbox_at_cool.haxx.se> > > >Hello, > >I bought a 20 GB Jukebox Recorder v2 (non-FM) and was disappointed when I >saw that it came with the LI-ION battery.
