High speed! If this is the case (and i'm very interested, as I just ordered a sony vaio z1 !) then a small inline-powered USB 2.0 hub should allow all the devices to exist peacefully, yes? The line from the outboard hub to the computer should stay locked at 480mhz, while between the device and the hub it's 12mhz. At least, I'd hope that it works that way! I know it does for ethernet, but haven't done a lot of research in the USB side to know this is correct/allowed behavior...
