Okay, so, I can't get the tool to work. At first it was complaining
because it couldn't find mfc70.dll. So I downloaded that, but it still
wouldn't work. It complains that the application couldn't start
properly, or something along those lines.

Can anyone point me to the Visual C++ runtime or something along the
lines of what I need?
