Hi
You could try the Bootdisk I made.
It boots into DOS 7.0 with USB Support. If the JB is connected while booting it will get the Driveletter X:.
Then you can use DOS fdisk and format tools (DOS 7.0 can Format 80Gig FAT32).

You'll need Winimage or similar to Put the Image to a Disk.
