Cam someone give me the exact keys to push and the number of times per key
to do this my self?

You can save your current config to disk by going to Menu->General
Settings->System->Manage Settings->Write .cfg file on a daily build
(this is also available on the 2.1 release but the menu structure is
different and I forget exactly where the option is).
