I'm somewhat of a newbie to the Rockbox list (my V2 recorder is on its way
now), but I'm pretty sure booting from disk to a daily build and then
flashing the firmware using the file in flash_v2.zip will take care of
your problem.
Please correct me if I'm wrong.
