Hit win+pause, click on the 'system restore' tab, and then select the
drive letter corresponding to your jukebox. Click on the 'settings'
button, and tell it to stop monitoring that drive. That'll get rid of
the system volume information folder, or at least allow you to delete
it. Unfortunately the next time you connect it'll start monitoring all
over again. =( Maybe someone knows a tweak to prevent this?

The .rockbox file is necessary - don't touch that one. Recycled is put
on there by windows also - nothing you can do. You can go into your
folder options in windows explorer and tell it to not show hidden or
system files - that will keep you from seeing the system folders but
they'll still be there.
