I just got my new V2 recorder today. I tried to do the flash thingy,
but I just get an "incompatible version" message.

I did the latest firmware upgrade which went okay, but now I am stuck on
what to do.

The instructions in the manual have confused me. They say to backup
some files before I start, but it didn't tell me which ones.

Can someone explain in simple english step by step what to do and what
files to back up.

Should I start over with everything?
