as long as I'm asking dumb questions :

I have a central PC with a 120 Gig where I keep all my mp3's. However, I
frequently purchase music online on my laptop in the kitchen and then
transfer it to my jukebox.

Are there any programs that can keep track of what's on my jukebox but not
on my office pc and update the office pc's files as needed?
