Isn't the heading on that page wrong now? Language files should be loaded
into /.rockbox/lang, not /.rockbox

And a quick, almost on-topic aside - what is wallisertitcsh language? It
looks sort of German-ish, and a bit of a Google suggests maybe Swiss? Just
curious :)
