They are for the voice UI. Entries that are voiced have a string here
which contains the text to be fed to the text-to-speech system which
produces the voice clips to be spoken for that language. So, in most
cases it just contains the screen text, but adjustments are made for
things like units (mAh -> milli Amp hours), abbreviations, or perhaps
even quirks in the TTS system used (e.g. speaking resume like resumé).
