Ok, either you checked the wrong drive or (unlikely) your jukebox has got a
120GB disk formatted with NTFS.
In the first case try

chkdsk x: /f

where x: is the drive letter of your jukebox and post the results. In the
second case you'll have to reformat your jukebox, because it will only work
with FAT32 partitions.
