Hello friends,

I have finally done it
the francais.voice all french speaking users may be interested in.

I have done it with the AT&T french Voice (Juliette)

I personally would prefer to have it speak with a more synthetic voice
such as Eloquence, but it's not Sapi 5 compatible, only sapi 4.

btw....
I don't know how to represent accented characters for the spelling in
the francais.lang file.

Here is a sample of what I have tried, but I must say that it doesn't
work.

desc: spoken only, for spelling
eng: ""
voice: "é"
