No, and those are pretty good pictures. Worst fears confirmed, have to
desolder to get at the freak'n connector. :-(

Not nearly as much information as the first one. I'll save both urls.

Did the pictures I posted at www.dhstraayer.com/usb make any sense? I
can't figure out how those little pins on one side of the connector are
supposed to mate up to anything. The whole mess looks a little tricky
to me.
