I figured out how to reflash my JBR V2 back to the original firmware. Now when I power up the unit, it keeps on saying "Hard drive error. Please check HD". So it must really be bad. It did run a few times tonight, but now it keeps failing with that message.

Now it's just a curiosity, but does anyone know what error #52 is?
