The next song info is only available when the next song has actually
(partially) been loaded into memory by Rockbox. Rockbox only loads the next
song into memory when the current one is running out.

We've talked about adding a timer for this functionality, but that would be
"don't show next-song info until there is only N seconds left of the current
song"-timer, as people with the 8mb mod will get the next-song info almost
instantly for most songs...
