Rockbox mail archiveSubject: Newbie question, custom builds/plugins (was: favorites)Newbie question, custom builds/plugins (was: favorites)

Date: Thu, 10 Jun 2004 21:03:17 -0700 A beginner's question: Bubba's custom build looks totally cool, as does BlueChip's audio .rock - but since Bubba's is a firmware, and the BC's .rock needs a custom firmware, only one of them can be used at any time? Am I understanding the terms correctly? Or is there a way to use both? I like Bubba's reassigned buttons/menus for better (to me) access to features, as the menu depth of some frequently-used features is my sole complaint about Rockbox, but, damn, that additional audio control looks like just what the doctor ordered, too. Thanks, Mike At 6:15 PM -0700 6/10/04, rockbox_at_wrybread.com wrote: >Personally I'd recommend using Bubba's Build of Rockbox.
