Which in itself is a contraction of "you could blow me down with a
feather", to suggest that your state is of being so trace-fixed with awe or
surprise that the breeze created by the movement of a feather would upset
your balance. Remeber this is a Kinesthetic metaphor, don't take it too
literally.
