Date: Sat, 24 Jul 2004 12:51:35 -0500 I love this patch! I think it is ready for the daily builds. I really want to try this with ROMbox. About the bug, I never use the charger since the socket is some how screwed up on my unit. I just swap batteries. Under normal operation, without this patch, does it go to the charging screen when holding OFF with the charger plugged in? If I remember correctly, it stays at the browser. The only way to get the charging screen is to turn the unit off, THEN plug in the charger. Of you press OFF/STOP in the browser when no music is playing, you will get a dialog saying "Press OFF to shut off". If you press OFF again, it will save the settings, spin down the hard disk and then shut off. http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&atid=439120&group_id=44 306&aid=989420 We need some feedback with all supported Archos to implement that patch. Come on, download it, test it and report :-). Known bug: - [rec] The behaviour is the same when the charger is plugged (return to browser when disk is shutted off), Ther's no "Battery: charging" message _______________________________________________ http://cool.haxx.se/mailman/listinfo/rockbox _______________________________________________ http://cool.haxx.se/mailman/listinfo/rockbox Received on 2004-07-24 Page template was last modified "Tue Sep 7 00:00:02 2021" The Rockbox Crew -- Privacy Policy |
