Sorry...yes it does say "unsupported"
So this is the actual drive rather than the external power source?

It doesn't say "disabled", does it? It should say "unsupported", which means
the disk does not support ATA Power Management.

This does not mean the disk will not spin down, however. That is a separate
thing.
