You couldn't have searched the entire site, because on the Documentation
page (http://www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/DocsIndex) there is a
link to the flashing instructions:

"How to flash Rockbox on your Archos"
(http://www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/FlashingRockbox)

On that page, you will find the required files, under "Download the new
flash content file to your box".
