E few weeks i think to buy a hd iriver mp3player, ihp120 or 140

I'm totaly blind, so to use the most players is a problem for example
navigate the menu. Is it right that the rockbox softwar make it possible to
navigate with spoken menu items? Ik read on the web that rockbox for blind
peaple is a special firmware to make it easier to use the player for e blind
person?

I hope that anybody can tell me about the working of rockbox, so witch
features of the firmware makes the iriver player better to use for me as
blind man?
