I write the documentation for the plugins using the instructions on the
wiki to maintain a consistent style throughout the documentation. Thus
wiki docs and the manual will often differ considerably. Also bear in
mind that the manual is focused on the end user, whereas plugin
documentation, being developer documentation, is often more developer
focused.

In other words, if there's stuff on the wiki that's relevant to the
end-user but not in the docs, then that's a bug. Otherwise, it's a
feature. ;) Transfer between Openoffice and the wiki is also highly
non-trivial for stuff that's not plain text.
