Is that:-

uart_boot.exe or RockFlash.exe?
Ive downloaded uart_boot.zip and flash_ondiofm.zip are these the 2
things i need to reflash?

Does the ondio have the same pull resistors on the LCD as the FMR?
If so is are these to left of the LCD conector @ the top of the PCB?

I guess we use 3 lines from RS232? ie:-GND Rx Tx
Where do i need to connect?
