The 120/140 and 320/340 ones have 32 MB ram. The 100 has 16.

But then, since all playback is done in software, the firmware will be bigger
on these units and the "mp3 buffer" area will need to be split up in two (one
for the encoded data and one for the already decoded) - making it tricky to
make a one to one comparison with the Archos models.
