Another icon hack for win:

You can specify an icon for every folder you want:

just create a desktop.ini file in the folder like that:

desktop.ini:
___________

[.ShellClassInfo]
ConfirmFileOp=0
IconIndex=0
IconFile=desktop.ico
___________

now copy the icon file desktop.ico in the folder.

important: the folder must become the system-attribute!

attrib +S "yourfolder"

instead of ico-file you can use bmp-files, usually 32x32 or 64x64 265 colours.

even when you put your achos to your friends machine you will see the icon.

the ConfirmFileOp=0 is to skip the message when you copy files to a system folder.
