All you guys are so knowledgable, I figured this was the best place to ask:

I'd like to, on the fly, be able to play an mp3, and then whenever I want to, pause, record and insert via a mike a verbal comment at that point, and then let the mp3 play on. I'd want to be able to do this several times in one mp3.

Anyone know any software that can do this?
