Meleah,

Is the file you put into your lang folder a file with .voice extension? Did
you look at the FAQ for blind users? Perhaps you could just try following
the instructions in the FAQ to reinstall it from the beginning. Is your unit
brand new?

Did you have problems getting the software to work on your unit? As I said
in my previous post; I've done everything I can think of and it still isn't
